If we are unable to rectify the situation to your satisfaction, we will refund all or part of the expense you incurred. We make you this promise!
Furthermore, you will never be overcharged for the services we render. Not only does Trinity offer the most competitive rates in the industry, but we will refund to you any portion of your payment that was disputed or overcharged. Our staff of officers will make every effort to account for their time at your job site in an accurate manner. Our management team will make every effort to accurately report this time on a weekly invoice and will never "fudge" the numbers to our advantage. You, the client, will always get the benefit of doubt when it comes to invoicing issues. Therefore if we error and the invoice is incorrect or not in accordance with your records, we will refund to you immediately the difference. We make you this promise!
